What does Tire Handlers do with your personal information?
We only use the information you provide us to open an account, process your order, and/or to provide product assistance when required.
Tire Handlers will store customer information if they chose to open an account. This information will be used to ease with future purchases and we do not share customer information with any third parties. In addition, we have used the most advanced techniques to secure our website, protect your information and ensure a secure transaction.
PAYMENT POLICY
Our accepted payment policy helps ensure that buyers are offered safe, convenient payment options. We accept the following methods of payment:

Credit card (MasterCard, American Express, Visa)
All orders, including special order items, must be paid in full before goods are shipped.
SHIPPING POLICY
We will process your order as soon as payment is received. Product availability permitting, orders generally ship within 1-2 business days from the date the order is placed. The delivery time after shipment is 2-5 business days depending on the buyers shipping address.
Our inventory is regularly synchronized with our local warehouses. Due to the volume of our sales we occasionally receive online orders that are out of stock. In such instances, the customer will be notified immediately and given the options of either receiving a full refund or accepting an alternative time frame for product availability and delivery.
All products are sent directly to the address specified by the customer. When orders arrive, inspect each package to make sure no damage occurredduring shipping. Don’t sign off your order until you check each package in front of the delivery company. Damage can usually be identified by the condition of the packaging. Make sure you take out each wheel and inspect them fully. If there is damage, please note this on the waybill with the driver and get the driver to sign it as well. In such cases, we ask that you contact us immediately via email and phone.
RETURN POLICY
Tire Handlers wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Return Policy is simple: you may return any wheel or tire within 72 hours of receipt if they are defective. Any product returned for credit must not be damaged or used in any way. Note that as part of our quality control practice, we fully inspect all wheels and/or tires prior shipment. Products returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee including cancelled special order items.
If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us and obtain approval and Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). Any returns that do not receive prior approval and RMA # will be refused and returned to the customer. All items must be returned with receipt, RMA # and waybill, in the original state in which they had been received.
Returns will not be accepted on items that are:
Used or damaged
Mounted and balanced
Returned without obtaining RMA #
Returned more than 72 hours after delivery
Special orders (returned at our discretion)
Note we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment of the items during return. For your own protection, you may wish to purchase additional shipping insurance. In all cases if the return is due to our error in processing and/or shipping your order, we will take full responsibility and look after all respective charges for the order’s return.
Please send all returns to the address specified in your RMA form. All refunds will be credited to the credit card used in your purchase and we will make every effort to process your refund quickly. Once refund is processed you will be notified by e-mail.
DISCLAIMER
Tire Handlers disclaims all warranties on the products sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. Most manufactures do offer warranty as long as a valid receipt is shown to them. The seller (Tire Handlers Inc.) hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from the seller any consequential damages for property, damage for loss of time, loss of profit or income, or any other incidental damages. Prior to sale of said merchandise the buyer has been forewarned and this is not a condition for return of merchandise.
